The Woodlands

Friendly, welcoming, beautiful place.

What a lovely welcome we received on arrival. This lovely guest house is situated up a lovely drive with plenty of parking and beautiful gardens. The bedroom was lovely and clean. Very spacious with an ensuite. We had a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed.
The breakfast was lovely. Eileen was very accommodating to my fussy needs.
The guest house is located close to the beautiful little town of Builth wells. Where there was plenty of choice of places to eat and drink.
We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place. Thank you Eileen and Rob xxx

I have just stayed at the Woodlands Guest House Builth Wells, I cant reccommend it enough, a warm welcome from Eileen and Rob a beatuifully cooked breakfast, bed clean and comfortable.

This was the first time we have stayed at the Woodlands on the advice of our friends. What a find!. Fantastic friendly hosts who made us feel at home straight away and nothing was too much trouble. Within an hour it felt we had known them ages. The old gentleman's residence is tastfully decorated keeping its charm. The room was clean, airy and had wonderful views over the fields at the rear. Also one of the best nights sleep away from home in ages. Then to cap it off a breakfast with all fresh local produce to die for. Absolutely wonderful and we will be back.

First night of a 2 night stay, everything upto now has been fantastic!!! House/room/ bed/ breakfast, but most of all the host Eileen, made me so welcome!!!
