A very enjoyable stay. The owner was very helpful. Very quiet. The room was very good. The only reason it didn't get a 5 was there was no view from the window. Lovely view from breakfast room Very clean Great breakfast. Would recommend

Lovely place the room and breakfast where fantastic along with the host. The area is lovely and quiet so very peaceful great if you are looking for a nice relaxing break

Perfect B&B for what I needed. Weather was challenging shall we say (November) and Lyndon was so helpful in planning my walks. Food great, accommodation great and Lyndon was really flexible in timings of breakfast etc. I had full use of a huge kitchen and lounge in the evenings. Defo will be staying again.

First time to Wales for me, and after researching accommodation, I came across the Castle Lodge B&B.
The reviews looked amazing so naturally I booked it for 4 days for myself and my family.
We stayed on a very big 4 poster bed and the host accommodated my younger son with an additional bed. We had a good size ensuite, and the lounge and kitchen were open to us at all times.
Lyndon was a great host! Nothing was too much to ask for. He was kind, friendly and extremely patient, not to mention his breakfast was top quality!!
The boys were entertained with pool and table tennis and they had lots of stories to hear enjoy and share with Lyndon.
We will definitely, without doubt, be coming back.

Lovely people, very clean, will definitely come back again, nice and quiet at night, always there if needed and the breakfast is top notch too!...no negatives at all we can think of.

An eclectic mix of furniture makes for an intriguing visit to castle lodge, warm, clean and a huge breakfast with lots if variety . Huge lounge and very amiable host

Absolutely fab place. Lyndon and Mandy are so helpful and friendly,nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect food was great. The bed was very comfortable. Great for walking and waterfalls. Would highly recommend
