Excellent bed and breakfast in stunning woodlands and minutes from the beach and New Quay. Very comfortable rooms exceptionally clean and the hosts Nick and Claire Barnes are delightful. Lovely breakfast. If you are looking for a base to explore this beautiful part of the Country Five Oaks is an outstanding place to stay.

Five Oaks is the best B&B I have stayed at. Its location is second to non, the gardens and woodland surrounding the house are great and a five minute walk takes you to a lovely beach. Nick and Claire are fantastic hosts, providing us with tea/coffee on our arrival and each afternoon, when we returned from our day out. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jam made by Claire. One highlight of the visit was walking and showering their three alpacas, under Claire's excellent supervision. Would recommend a visit to everyone.

Stayed two nights, Five Oaks is a lovely comfortable B and B. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless and all you needed was supplied including a flask of fresh milk for tea and coffee in the room. We took advantage of the guest sitting room where there was a log fire, TV and even cafetiere coffee. The location was down a narrow lane but this was not an issue, there was access to a beach through the land. The breakfast was lovely with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt full cooked breakfast followed by toast and home made jam home grown honey (8 different types tried over the two days) and were all very nice.
