Very welcoming and clean. Offered a cup of tea on arrival which was nice. Breakfasts were great, good variety available including vegan and gluten free. Comfortable bed, quiet and great location.

Amazing place right in the centre of Hay. A friendly cocker spaniel to greet you and the host was really lovely and welcoming. The Welsh breakfast was also delicious! Very relaxed and the beds were very comfy, had everything you needed. Would stay again! X

Sally the host was very friendly. Nice room with a good view of a lovely garden. Let me use the washing line to dry my washing. Lovely breakfast and packed lunch. We were walking Offas Dyke. Close to the center handy for shops and restaurants. Taught me some Welsh. Diolch x Will return again

A very friendly welcome from the hosts and their lovely waggy dog Jasper. Very pleasant room with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Superb breakfast.

The room was super comfortable and beautifully clean, Sally was so nice and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious! Everything was stress-free. Highly recommend!

Sally is a lovely host who makes you feel very welcome at her wonderfully located B&B. It’s right in the middle of town and comes with free parking which is one less thing to worry about!
You’ll start your day with a breakfast that Sally takes a lot of care and attention to make. It’s clear she only uses quality ingredients and is happy to cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. A lovely highlight of our stay.
The room we stayed in was fine for 2 nights but we couldn’t really sleep in, as it was hot (despite the weather being cold) and quite loud first thing in the morning.
Otherwise though, a lovely stay. Thank you!

Sally is the most welcoming host and most accommodating, we don't normally stay at the same place twice. We have stayed here 3 times and are returning for our 4th stay next May...Sally and John make you feel as if you are at home, breakfast is superb,rooms are clean and comfy..whats not to like ?
