What a beautiful retreat. A wonderfully warm welcome awaits. The Manor house is so picturesque. Lovely grounds. Once we entered, the smell that met us was one of a large log burning fire in the sitting room. Then we were led to our room, and wow, from the 4 poster bed (very comfortable) to the enormous en suite, the room is immaculately presented. And with the tea tray, wifi, menus for local bars, it truly is a place worth visiting. Nothing was too much trouble and I hope to stay again soon.

Just arrived back from a fantastic weekend staying at Worthenbury Manor whilst I went to a wedding. Ian couldn't have been more helpful, going out of his way to look after me. He provided local information about walks, local history and even a lift to collect my car.

On top of this the room was comfortable and luxurious, well stocked with speciality teas, fruit and biscuits and the breakfast literally offered anything and everything you could want including award winning home made jam and local sourced bacon and sausages

Put all this in a beautiful old manor building and I would recommend it to anyone, I feel I stumbled across a little gem and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much.

Beautiful old manor house which is furnished in olde world style but not over the top. Just right. Very clean. Polite and friendly host. The evening meal, which was an option, was amazing. So glad we did not go out to eat. Ian, our host, is an amazing cook. One of the best meals we have had (Including Michelin star food). Room was comfortable and well decorated with a really nice 4 poster bed. The en-suite had a lovely deep bath. Breakfast choices was amazing. We will be going back.

The home is beautiful, and everything in it has an authentic, historic feel. Ian and Liz were fantastic hosts, and Ian prepared a large and delicious locally sourced breakfast. They were very attentive to our needs and gladly provided us everything that we asked for (and more!). There are only 2 guest rooms, which gives this B&B a very cozy feeling.

Highly recommended for anyone that wants to stay in a grand old manor. The decor is very much in keeping with the period, but the facilites are excellent. There are only two rooms (one with a seperate but private bathroom - which in itself is bigger than many rooms I've stayed in), and the manor is out in the country, which all gives it a quiet and secluded feel.

Our host was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and there is an evening meal available (we didn't try this as we ate earlier).

The wifi connection was good throughout. The three network was very borderline indoors, but O2 held on fine.

We stayed here for 3 nights in July. Fabulous location, really quiet beautiful countryside, excellent room (slept well) and amazing breakfasts. Cannot praise Ian enough for being a marvellous host and a great chef. We would love to return.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. They cater for all types of breakfasts and will do pretty much whatever you want.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the shower was very powerful and there was a good selection of refreshments.

It’s definitely one of a classy establishment.
