Bwlch Y Fedwen Bed & Breakfast

Alison was a wonderful host. The room was spacious and clean and we loved the super king bed. There were home made cakes, amazing breakfast each morning and each check in and check out processes. Really would recommend and thanks for a lovely stay in Wales.

Amazing! Loved staying here so much! The room was clean and comfy and was equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was excellent. My partner said it was the best cooked breakfast he had ever had. We loved going in the hot tub whilst enjoying the mountain views. Our host Alison was brilliant and very welcoming. We would highly recommend this b&b!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alison is a fantastic host and has thought of every detail to make guests comfortable. The location is picturesque, we loved waking up to views of the mountains, as well as being just a short distance from various walks and trails, particularly the Watkins Path to reach the waterfalls leading up to the Snowdon Summit. We also loved the hot tub - it was ideal for relaxing at the end of a long day of walking. Breakfast had a lovely selection, and we very much appreciated the little extras (homemade cakes in our room!) that made our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. We were greeted by Alison who provided some home-made scones, which were very welcome after a long journey. There was a wide choice of offerings for breakfast, one of the best selections we have seen. There was something for everyone. The full breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless and everything you could think of was provided, including a pint of fresh milk; so much better than UHT. Alison is a most welcoming host and we would book again if in the area.

This was the second time we have stayed at Bwlch Y Fedwen and it certainly won't be the last! Where to start. the rooms are really well equipped with everything you need and more, the fridge is a real bonus. The breakfast's are amazing; Alison leaves a selection tick list the previous day so everything is served promptly in the morning. There are only 3 bedrooms so you receive a lovely personal welcome. This time we had time to use the hot tub which was fabulous.

I have just completed a lovely week's stay at Bwich Y Fedwen. The room was clean and comfortable. I am already missing the wonderful cooked breakfasts. The breakfast room is beautiful with its amazing view. Alison was very helpful when I arrived with a puncture and gave me details as to where I might be able to get it sorted. She also supplied me with details of a nice local bridleway walk to Porthmadog. Alison is a superb hostess who cares that you have a good stay. There was ample private parking at the rear of the property with a traffic mirror positioned opposite to assist when exiting. Having a small fridge with milk and water bottle was a blessing and is a definite improvement on the little plastic milk pots. This is my second visit and I am now planning my return next year.

Alison is a superb hostess, she really made us feel welcome, our room was immaculate with everything we could have needed with a lot of nice little touches here and there. The breakfast was first class, really good quality. Most of all she saved us nearly £50 off our bill which was a big help. Happy to recommend this accommodation to anyone.
