Great service from Bed City as always, we purchased a new bed and mattress ahead of moving into our home, Kai made sure that it was delivered on our completion date (even though that was only 2 days away). Top quality, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic service and good quality product. I went with my partner to get a new bed frame and Kai was extremely helpful in ensuring we chose the right product and his product knowledge really made us both feel at ease that we were making the right choice. When we went to other stores we were met by staff that didn't know anything and were extremely unhelpful. Would highly Recommend Kai and Bed City, really good service from start to finish.

Great customer service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mattress’ or furniture! Used this company a handful of times and never had a negative experience. Polite and friendly.

Extremely disappointed with our service here. At first it seemed great. We went in a couple different times and it seemed great at the beginning. The customer service was great, he took some money off for us and we were very happy. First bad sign was when the bed was delivered to us with only half of what we ordered, and a second half of an uneven different frame. It took a long time for us to eventually get everything sorted and our “guaranteed” delivery never was met. We called up a few times and eventually we were met with hostility and were made to feel very uncomfortable about making a complaint. I understand that mistakes can happen however the level this went to for me was unacceptable. The bed frame isn’t terrible but the mattress is. It makes a lot of noise and has lost all its quality within 6 months of buying. I would have come back to the guys at the shop but we went to Leicester bed city which was the main one we were told to go to and still got refused any help.

Cannot fault the service from Bed City, owner extremely helpful when quizzing him over different mattresses, he actually recommend a cheaper mattress than the one we were going to go for as he said it would suit our needs better-truly amazing in this day and age when it’s all about money for many outlets/stores, have been to the bigger bed companies and they hound you for a sale and try to get you to buy the most expensive item-not here, we walked around, were never bothered and any questions we had were answered in what we felt was a very honest way.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company and recommend to friends and happy to buy from independent small business owners as I felt this was a very personalised experience and our mattress is amazing!! Personalised service, honest owner, great product at good prices, what’s not to like-👍🏽

Really poor customer service. Delivery drivers asking for cash only £10 to carry the bed upstairs to my little boys bedroom as their card machine broken… I am going to struggle on my own .
Told 3 times by the shop owner that delivery would put upstairs if ‘ I asked nicely’ it was a bit much , tone and repeating himself , came across as aggressive if I am honest
Then shop owner back tracked and said there were many payment options on delivery.
Out to make a quick buck out of a female on her own if you ask me .
Disappointing! Guess my little boy will be sleeping on a mattress now as I am left on my own to lift the heavy base up from the hall way !
