Prestige Beds (Burnley)

Issue resolved promptly and professionally by the management.

Very poor experience unfortunately. After an expensive purchase of a bed, upon fitting, I noticed a bed drawer didn't fit correctly, and mentioned this to the fitters. They said they would contact the office and someone would come out to inspect. Days later without any contact, I spoke to the office, and despite being very local, they were unable to view or inspect my complaint. They then asked for me to take pictures and send on e-mail which I did. Again a lack of response. Upon chasing again, they agreed it looked faulty and would come out to inspect or just deliver a replacement. Again, guess what - no response. Unfortunately, we then had family issues which put it in perspective, but had no contact whatsoever from prestige. I would urge caution if looking to buy as severe lack of after-sales especially if faulty.

First time at Prestige Beds, I was served by Janine, very helpful and very knowledgeable about various mattresses. Lots of choice from top brands. With Janine's help, I was satisfied with my purchase, deal concluded, all in about 30 minutes. Great service, great choice.

Excellent service. We went to several bed shops, including the usual high street stores who would sell bizarre body pressure technology to try and sell you a bed.. Janine @ prestige however, went through the specification and manufacturing of the beds, giving both pros and importantly cons of each matress. We had our heart set on a particular matress which was more expensive but we were advised that overtime, another matress would give the same comfort over a longer period as it softens whereas the softer matress we wanted could become too soft. This was vital for me as I suffer with a bad back. So we saved money and got the best matress for us and it is amazingly comfortable.

Delivery was on time and well executed with a two man team.

We also felt no pressure in store and we really liked the family friendly appeal of the store and staff. We will go back here for our next matress and beds for sure!!! Thank you!

Fantastic service from a lovely lady who's Customer skills are second to none. Great advice and assistance with absolutely no pressure. The delivery was of an equally high standard, being within the one hour time slot allocated and executed with skill and professionalism by two very pleasant gents who couldn't have done more.
This was our third purchase from Prestige and the standard has been maintained, if not improved, over the years. Well recommended retailer.

Janine was great with our requirements for a new bed. Ordered Harrison Spinks. Despite issues with Harrison Spinks, Janine kept us informed and updated. We had a loan bed for a while, and our new bed is a dream. A great sleep and excellent service! Thank you!

Extremely helpful staff member, made us feel relaxed and allowed plenty of time to try out all the beds.

Very bad buy bed here as I bought a bed couldn't even send me the link to set up the financial payment took them five days before even received and then came to delivery the shop couldn't even pack the whole bed as they missed parts of the bed on delivery and thinks I'm happy with the out come no solution just dropped off the remaining parts outside my house because they forgot it. Not a good place to buy a bed from as they would forget half the parts on delivery. The delivery driver was even annoyed with the warehouse not packing the bed without missing parts. As off delivery and failed to deliver a full bed my parents ask for a discount due to the warehouse mess up they turned down and left us as a unhappy customers. So they don't offer no solution for their mistakes they just accept for messing up but don't offer nothing to keep an happy customer.
