The customer service here is absolutely Amazing. I needed a new Bed and a Mattress not too sure what I wanted to be honest. So saw this Newly opened outlet SLEEP 8 in the Brewery Romford , went inside and was greeted by this extra ordinary gentleman Mustafa. He basically took his time and explained all the choices of Bed and Mattresses I could get and the Amazing thing again is I can get it delivered free of charge within a short period of time. For me, British Product and good deal like this with extended warranty and delivery within few days. That's a deal. 👍 really excited with this purchase. Oh I almost forgot the free Face mask gifts 😂😂 thanks guys..

Wicked store makes buying a bed so much easier great idea they have you pick your head board colour they have a section where you can do that honestly made so easy

Innovative and different bed and sofa shop. Apparently, furniture is hand made in Russia. Staff are friendly, v enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products. Didn't but anything on this occasion, but may do in future.

If I could give it -5 stars instead of 1 I would. This company is a disgrace and I have wasted so much of my time and energy, practically begging them to get in contact with me regarding a bed I purchased that emitted the most foul and suffocating smell. I have been forced out of my bedroom for over a month now and see no future where my situation will be resolved by them. They have refused to give any sort of solution- no refund, no exchange, NOTHING. Avoid this company at all costs. They seem extremely dodgy and I don't think its run by good people. The worst experience i've ever had from purchasing anything from anywhere. Ironic that you go to a company like this for rest and comfort when all they give you is stress and high-blood pressure.

I would suggest people buy the bed online once you have checked out the bed in store. We bought in store, and have now seen that the same bed is circa £400 cheaper even before our bed is delivered to us, but if you buy in store you cannot return the item... very strange policy. The T&C's state that they hold to the price they sell it to you at... which is fine everyone has their own rules, however many other retailers on the high st are honouring any future price drops... When we went to purchase in store we had a concern about future sales and drops in prices, the sales person was very convincing and assured us that the discounts that were in store at the time were the most they anticipated and that the sale was only for a few days. The service overall and friendliness is good, hopefully the bed is good quality but very dissapointing when you see that another 30% is knocked off after what we were already told was heavily discounted at the time we bought it. If you buy online you are able to return it within 14 days. Very dissapointing basically dont believe their "sale" price seems there will always be a sale, there.... good sales and marketing. The only saving grace is the bed seemed like good quality instore hoping the reality lives up to the expectation.

This is my second ever Google review and this shop definitely deserves a good review. We intended to go a different bed store today but walked passed Sleep.8 in Bluewater and it has lots of ottomon beds which is what we were looking for. We were looked after by Brenda Mattos, she gave us an hour of her time, was really helpful, worked with in our budget and needs. It was soo nice after lockdown to go into a shop where the staff were knowledgeable about the products and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Everyone there was actually, really nice atmosphere in there. We had been to some other stores that day where staff were moody and said they didn't want to come back to work after lockdown but in this shop everyone was helpful and happy. Can't wait to get our new bed in a few weeks and hopefully it's as comfortable as it was in the shop. Thank you Brenda.

I have been thinking to get a new bed for a while, I walked past sleep8 not intending to buy but the sales assistant Katie did a great job showing my partner and I around and diving in to all are needs from mattress to pillows and duvets. Can't wait to get are new bed.

Visited the store back in 2020 - Abass (store manager) contacted me over an email adding all the details and quotes regarding my enquiry while I visited the store. After a few months ,unfortunately, we went in full lockdown and I ended up purchasing my a bed frame over their website. Delivery time was 4 to 6 weeks which I was happy to wait for. I was pleased to receive an email from Abass regarding the order that I have placed and kept me informed all the way from production to delivery date. High quality frame and amazing fabric! will soon visit the store again(after lockdown) as I need pillows...
