I had a brilliant experience with Comfy Beds and Sofas from beginning to end! I had a comprehensive consultation which enabled me to find the perfect bed and mattress for myself and despite this high standard of attention/customer service I still felt no pressure to make a purchase, it was all done on my accord. I was kept up-to-date with the status of my delivery every step of the way and went from purchase to delivery within just a couple of weeks. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful at every point and did absolutely everything right. We have bought beds and mattresses with comfy beds on numerous occasions over the last 15 years.

The owner Ibrahim is a joy, not your typical pushy sales person. His knowledge and advice has always been spot on. You never feel any pressure to buy and in our case we went back in store three times to cross check things before finally making our purchase on this last set of purchases.

The price point compared to the larger stores for similar/same product has always been very competitive.

We recently saved over £500 on a Harrison mattress compared to the furniture village price for exactly the same product.The King size Harrison weighs a tonne, and was taken up kindly to the loft.

Customer service is second to none. We have had two deliveries in the last few weeks, on both occasions we were helped with getting the products into bedrooms and assembled at no extra cost to us.

We got a new bed (our second purchase from here) delivered yesterday and it is incredible. The service is excellent, beds are very comfortable and are a very reasonable price and it is nice to be supporting a family run business. Delivery was prompt and the delivery man was very friendly and helpful (I apologise I do not remember his name). I would recommend this store to anyone looking for comfortable beds and we will definitely be purchasing from here in the future if we need anymore comfortable furniture.

Ever since I walked into this shop I have been received with a great smile. The gentleman in charge is very knowledgeable on his field, he really knows his products and he spent a very long time with me explaining to me everything about every mattress.

Not only that, but also the mattresses are really good value for money.

Great, friendly customer service provided by Ibrahim. Very helpful and informative about the products. We purchased 2 mattresses and pillows from there, absolutely comfy and brilliant quality. Delivered to us very fast as promised. Highly recommend!

I loved my bed from Ibraheem. I visited at least 6 shops before arriving at his. One of the bed immediately captured my attention, I took a closer look at the bed and fell in love with the quality of it.
