Absolutely appalling service.

I purchased a bed and Headboard. £3200.

On the day of delivery the workmen wore no overshoes (foot coverings) both men trampled miss, dirt and mud through my entire property.

Before they entered my property they opened my parcel box by my front door to see if anything was in it. Absolute cowboy crossing the line of the customers private property.

Whilst they tried their best to build our bed they failed miserably. They deliberately missed 2 main bolts out and one was even left on the floor behind the headboard.

They were paid to take all packaging away with them. Instead they left staples and plastic everywhere.

They were paid to take my old bed away but only took half of it away. The slats and 4 boards are still here.

They damaged my projector screen setup which was only just purchased last month.

I ordered a electric adjusting bed as I am disabled. The transformers were just thrown underneath and not stowed to the side of the frame.

Best of all. We asked if the store could install pockets of our £700 headboard. I hlgave them the measurements and instructions. The pockets were half the size in heights. Twice as wide and the stitching all undone. Bastocally they were hanging off.

£3200 paid.
All they offered back was £130.

Absolutely incompetent installers, in-house fabrication, customer service the worse ever.

No real apology even though I showed cctv evidence and clear photos. Basically they do not care.

Please avoid at all costs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Joe was helpful without being pushy, I was kept up to date on delivery and the delivery lads were great. I highly recommend them.

All very positive for this Chester showroom and well worth a visit. Good selection of beds, mattresses, head-boards etc; all at reasonable prices. No pressurised selling, and sensible & pragmatic advice from a friendly knowledgeable team; particularly Ashley who deserves special mention. Just waiting for delivery now, our order has a long lead-in time from manufacturers due to the impact of Coronavirus. I am confident we won’t be disappointed. [We weren't - bed arrived with a great team mid-Feb].
