So much that, as the bed I chose was not on display in the showroom, the owner/Manager contacted me when my bed had arrived in his warehouse that I could have a look at the shade (cream and brass - effect) under the wrapping and if I wasn't happy with the colour then my deposit would be returned to me.
The two bed - assembly men that the shop uses were friendly and professional when they assembled my bed.
