So I had been shopping around for some time looking for a both an adjustable electric bed for my parents and a small double bed frame and mattress for my son's room. After finding Ebedz through trustpilot I was pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have everything in one place but their prices were the cheapest I've come across. Ricky was great in helping us choose the best adjustable bed for my parents, they absolutely love it. The bed frame I choose was the serene Tetras in black. Looks great in my son's room. Everything delivered in the time quoted. I will mostly defiantly be purchasing from Ebedz again in the near future. Thanks guys for everything.

Brilliant service from eBedz. They certainly known their beds! My Ottoman bed and fantastic Millbrook mattress are just perfect for me. I would definitely recommend using this company.

The prices are very competitive, especially with the free next day delivery included on some items. (I made my order on a Wednesday, it arrived Thursday AM!)

Absolutely mortified at the lack of service& unprofessionalism! I ordered a mattress nearly 15+ days ago and it was ordered specifically because it stated next day delivery. There has been no contact what so ever with myself, they have debited the money and failed to deliver or inform me on the timescale or day of delivery. No one responding to emails, voicemails or answering telephone calls! I had to call the shop located next door to them to find out that they have closed early for christmas! Poor disappointing service- will never be ordering or wasting my time with these people again. So im left in a limbo of not knowing when it will be delivered , when to arrange to be home to receive this and more nights on the sofa! Appalling!

The listing for the bed said next day delivery, but it took around 3 weeks to arrive. Email response was also very inconsistent, with some emails ignored.

No matress after 3 months...still waiting. Poor service from start till now. We know its Covid time and a pandemic is happening...but expect to be kept up to date as to what is happening. Stay away from this company. Even more concerned after seeing the other reviews below.

I was quite dubious on going with these guys after reading the reviews but after talking to Ricky from ebedz over the phone he put my mind at ease reassuring me the 2 mattresses would be with me on time, and indeed they were promptly delivered to me in Cumbria with no hassle at all.. Very happy and would highly recommend no problem.. Thank you.
