Went to the Cardiff branch and was attended to very well buy pleasant helpful lady who was not pushy at all. She gave us good information and left us to make our minds up. We bought a bed that cost a lot less than we had expected to pay. We were given a delivery date and three days before the date we had a call from them confirming the date. The bed was delivered, everything was fine with it and we are very satisfied.

Advise you to shop elsewhere and not bother with this company. They're impossible to contact and will get your order wrong. Then you're stuck trying to get an item. The delivery staff are a joke and so are the staff.

Good choice of beds headboards and mattresses at very reasonable prices, sales person was very nice didn't push us into a forced sale, but when we needed advice he was more than happy to help. We found exactly what we wanted and were very impressed on how quickly they were able to deliver our bed and headboard.

Went to bed world in Cardiff today, guy who helped us choose our mattress was very nice and helpful, and made our experience easy and gave us space to pick our mattress rather than be pushy like most salesmen, but also awnsered everything we needed to know, bed is going to arrive 10 days from now, will leave a further review when mattress turns up. Good prices, good experience so far 👍
