Harley was wonderful explained all to me, was not a pushy person just honest. We decided to arrange for a designer to visit and she was really good and informative. So for Harley and designer I would have given 5 stars. However when I received the email to request I leave a review I was asked for a 5 star review. If we want to rate 5 stars in any review we will do it as we believe they deserved it.

Went into Hammonds in boston to look and enquire about some fitted wardrobes. Harley was on hand to help and give us advice, very helpful, polite, made us an appointment, but even tried to get us an earlier appointment due to circumstances, and he did, we had Alison come out and give us a quote and a 3d design, Alison came with proper face mask and respected covid, very nice person, very polite and very friendly and helpful, it was a really pleasure to meet both harley and Alison, both very nice genuine people

Spoke with Harley & Barbara in Boston store they both are very good and very helpful, and helpful to sort out the problems very impressed

Both Harley and Barbara are very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional. Currently waiting on a house move but will definitely be returning once completed as I know from my parents furniture it is of a high quality and standard.

Great customer service from Harley. Wasnt pushy and gave me the best customer service I have ever seen. Wish my staff was as customer orientated as this young man.

Great in story experience today, Jyostna took me through all the different displaces and options which was great ! looking forward to the design appointment

Excellent initial service by the designer.

Poor installation, poor after care, poor customer service.

Refit took months due to initial poor fitment.
Avoid Hammonds go elsewhere.
