Tailor made my kitchen and fitted. Took the time out to find exactly what I wanted, left no stone unturned. Fantastic service from start to finish.

old kitchen removed and walls plastered in the first week.progress was slow and was left without a cooker for 10 days which in my opinion is excessive.was told that there was a mixup with my appliance order after i noticed work had come to a virtual standstill which they didnt mention on asking for a delivery balance.no customer liason or visit from the owner although this was requested.was asked to complete the balance even though kitchen wasnt finished and no one came out to check work.only interested in the money.owner said he "was away"when problems did emerge but the fitter told me a different story calling him "mr innocent" at one point.i will say this though the fitter was amazing and could understand my frustration at having no cooking facilities for such a long time.he even worked a whole weekend to get it finished as the deadline was 7 to 10 days which ended up being 15.no apology just a "what did you expect".well i expected the kitchen to be fitted in the promised time scale and the fitter to stay on the job until its finished instead of leaving early to go and do other jobs.even the owner when i told him i wasnt paying til it was finished said he "presumed"it was complete.try visiting the jobs love and see for yourself.

Factory Kitchen Direct delivered on service, quality and price, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The final look of the kitchen is all we asked for and more, and Andy and his team were there at every stage of the process with some great advice and ideas.
