Disgusted with lie I was told to entice me to buy 2 mattresses this month. I was assured that my old mattresses would be taken away but that is never the case according to the delivery guys. This all happened this morning. Am still fuming and trying to find a way to get rid of them. Don't buy from Bensons!

Push you to purchase even when you tell them that you need time before taking a delivery by promising you that they can stock it in the warehouse until you are ready. Following, which they constantly pester you with phone calls to take your delivery.

Horrible experience at this place. The big Asian guy is really pushy just after your cash and really arrogant! Avoid this store at all costs

Absolute conn artists. Took our money many months ago. After many weeks of waiting the wardrobes finally arrived only to be faulty. A child must have drilled the holes because they are not even able to hold clothes. Quite an important feature of wardrobes I’d say.... then after waiting in two days (one for them to dismantle) they didn’t turn up to pick the faulty goods up because our appointment wasn’t in their shoddy system. I’m now stuck with a pile of wood in the bedroom that might as well go on the fire as soon as I get the refund I am entitled to. They now not even giving a remotely convenient date to collect said junk. And ask me to take another days leave. AVOID THESE CON MERCHANTS AT ALL COSTS! That’s if you require wardrobes to hold clothes?!

As detailed in the complaint I emailed, yet to receive the replacement bottom half of the divan after it broke 3 weeks after having it. I have called up previously and waited 40 minutes in a telephone queue just for the person to decline the call and it put me through to a voicemail, which if you leave a message they don't respond to. The mattress is now broken due to lack of replacement part and I am now having back issues. Worst company I have ever paid money too, won't be recommending and won't be coming back

No desire to help a customer and resolve the issue. Left if limbo with a broken bed. Shocking! Their published T&CS on their 5 year guarantee they do not follow. So its pointless. No compassion from staff for the situation. Told to visit a shop for a new bed, despite being in lockdown and no shops open. AWFUL!
