All About Beds

Absolutely amazing service from Steph and the team at All About Beds. Desperately needed a bed at short notice so my mother in law could move in with us to help look after me after i had an accident. We couldn’t find anywhere that would deliver a good quality bed the next day and then heard about this local company. They were helpful, professional and knew exactly what we needed. From the moment we went into the store the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Having rung the previous day to see if certain beds were in stock we travelled 70 miles to get a great service. Daryl was extremely help and advised us on the correct bed for our needs. Such a change to have helpful knowledgeable staff, a pleasure to buy a bed. Would recommend with out a doubt. Order number 57040. Went in with a particular mattress in mind, they didn’t have the exact one, but Daryl was great and showed us a brilliant alternative. I Dreaded the thought of shopping for a new mattress. As 'I've been there before' at larger local and national specialist stores. All of whom seem to employ salespeople who blind you with too much science, brands, prices and technical specifications, until you are so confused, you give in and just pick one at random. Definitely not the case at 'All About Beds'
Both Steph , who I spoke with over the telephone and Giselle who dealt with us in the store, listened to our requirements and gave us clear and concise details from a selection of products that completely suited our needs and budget. Therefore, we were able to easily chose the mattress that 'ticked all of our boxes' !
I would definitely recommend ' All About Beds' to anyone who wants 'the personal touch'.

A great selection of beds and mattresses and amazing customer service from the lovely Giselle! Nothing was too much trouble and we ordered a divan bed and mattress there and then (order no. 57088). They were even able to accommodate us by delaying delivery whilst decoration of our room was undertaken.

We bought our first bed from them over 5 years ago. We moved and needed to upgrade from our small double to a normal double. The team are friendly, helpful and none pressuring - and even remembered me from when I went in over 3 months ago just looking (my name and my job, so impressed!). Were able to get me a bed within 4 days, delivered into the bedroom and within budget. Always looking out for the customer to get the best deal and happy to try and workout what's best for you.
