Sells on eBay under cloud nine furniture. Shocking company with embarrassing customer service, that lie through their teeth when you try to escalate. Took 6 days to speak to a manager, and was told they were on holiday by one person and sick by the next. Guy I spoke to didn't even know what day of the week it was.

Next day delivery is an utter lie.

Raise a case to get anything done on eBay, contacting the seller is useless.

we ordered some garden furniture from the Range it arrived on the day said it would, unfortunately the glass for the table was smashed, we rung The Range and were told it was nothing to do them as it come straight from Comfy Living. as it was late on Friday night Comfy Living was closed so i had to wait until Monday to contact them, over the weekend i started reading the reviews about Comfy Living and started worrying that there may a load of hassle ahead. I rang on the Monday and spoke to a lovely lady called Lisa i told her about the damaged glass, Lisa not to worry they would send a replacement and it would be with me on Thursday which it was, Lisa advised to put the rest of the furniture together to make sure there was no other damage which there wasn't we now have a complete lovely garden furniture set. Please, please do not use this company. The products are definitely not value for money and of low quality.
My husband is disabled and the mattress we bought was certainly unfit for purpose, we were unable to use it and it was not even 3 months old. It made my husbands health issues much worse. We had to purchase a mattress elsewhere which made us even more out of pocket plus we live in a small bungalow and had no room to store the faulty mattress.
Customer service was absolutely shocking. We were repeatedly not listened to, adding to the overall extra burden on our health.
We were offered a replacement but requested a full refund but they would not help at all. Why would we want another mattress just to go through the same problems again? Anyway, we had already purchased a much better one from a decent retailer.
If you do order anything from them please ensure if it is faulty, return it with 30 days if you would like a refund.
Unfortunately for us, we were just outside of this timeframe when we just could not stand to have it any longer. Many a sleepless, uncomfortable night was spent on it.
I would never ever buy anything from them again and we have shared our concerns with as many people as possible to warn them as we do not wish the same thing to happen to anyone else

What a useless company, booked a delivery for a specific day and they just turn up when they feel like it!!!

Would be a zero if was possible 3 weeks and 3 wrong deliveries. Been bed less for 3 weeks. Lucky bought a mattress separate atleast something to sleep. Never again plz avoid these incompetent people at all cost. Can't tell distance between a kind size headboard to single bed then you have no hope

Terrible. Ordered a futon from the range. Only the base arrived (and that was late). Was told the mattress would arrive the next day. Never showed up. After countess amounts of chasing to both the range and comfy living I was told it was out of stock. Turns out they have no mattresses for any of the futons!!! Just ridiculous! As the box was thrown away I had no choice but to wrap it in bin liners for collection. Never use this company

Deeply disappointed to have to add to the negative reviews here. Purchased a day bed with trundle from Cloud Nine Furniture on ebay - Bed + mattresses were delivered without the trundle. Then another bed frame was delivered. After many phone calls (they are always polite on the phone) I now have to wait over a month for the trundle. I was offered a full refund but would have to take the bed apart again. They have a 6in narrower trundle in stock but refuse to substitute and would rather refund for a bed that's already been used? I have requested to speak to a supervisor but they never call back

Should be a zero. Bought a bed from the Range for my teenage son. We ordered a black and white faux leather bed for him but what turned up was an all white bed which had damage with a hole in the headrest and also damage to a side panel. The white leather was also dirty.
After several phone calls and e-mails the company are just blanking us now, not responding to e-mails or answering the phone. These are obviously a two bit company and I can't believe The Range use these as a third party. Trading standards will definitely be involved
