The Grapevine Store

Really useful local store with lovely people running it. Always handy to have somewhere for last minute shopping but also it's a Collect+ shop to collect or send parcels.

Always get fantastic service here when visiting with a great selection of beverages and staff with a vast knowledge of drinks to recommend. The
best off licence in Harrow!.

Great selection and very friendly and helpful customer service. Even offered to order in anything he doesn't currently stock for us. Will definitely be returning.

Staff are not friendly at all and provide very poor customer service. Do not recommend using this store for collect+ and returns since the woman always has an excuse to avoid taking your parcel.

Not a review for Grapevine as this is now called Kapoor Food & Wine. This shop is absolutely terrible, poor customer service and is pointless as a Collect+ drop off point. The shopkeeper never takes parcels because he can’t be bothered to store and process them. Avoid at all costs!
