Great prices and prompt delivery. Rarely have an issue but when I did have a damaged delivery (due to heavy handed courier) the damaged items were replaced without fuss. I use HonestBrew frequently and will continue to do so as long as the prices remain competitive and the service standards remain high.

Was recommended by a friend, and I wanted a range of beers rather than a single brewery order.

Looks like the really exciting, hype imports are for subscribers, which is fair enough. Picked a selection I was happy with.

Delivery quick and efficient - but missing one beer and had one wrong can. Contacted them and had a fast reply to my email offering refund or coupon (with free delivery). Chose a coupon, I received it within minutes.

New order has arrived, all present and correct. Very happy with the speed and efficiency everything was sorted. Service was great!

Very poor service. Ordered a selection of beers as a gift, paid for express next day delivery. Order wasn’t even processed a few days later. Called and they advised it had been an error their side and the order would be prioritised and shipped out that day. Now 5 days later it still says processing and the gift is no where to be seen. No answer when calling customer service line and take a while to get back over email. Ironically dishonest, avoid at all costs.

I’ve been a member for a while now, and although I’ve had issues in the past they were usually dealt with, however my most recent order was a disgrace, after choosing express next day delivery to arrive in time for Jubilee weekend the order did not arrive until a full week later. I finally got through to customer service and my delivery cost was refunded, however when It finally arrived I found that my order was incomplete and beers missing, and now no contact from their customer service. As a result I have now cancelled my membership, sadly this company seems to be going down hill and the lack of care and interest to their customers is really showing and it is a real shame..

Tried the subscription box and loved it! Was sent a collection of beers that I hadn't tried before that I will now actively look for. Great customer service

Great selection of beers, great customer service. Website is easy to use, I particularly like I can use the search feature to search for beers with my favourite hops in and then select from them as well as using it to find beers from my favourite breweries etc. The customer service have received when emailing after I made a mistake at the checkout was fast, friendly and very helpful. Was nice to feel like I was being helped by an actual person and not just Ignored by a big company.

I purchased a monthly delivery of Honest Brew's hand selected IPS's for my partner for his birthday and he loved it! He looked forward to it every month, always asking me if his delivery was coming soon. Delicious beers and excellent service. Thank you!

Love this site. Discovered them during lockdown and have never looked back. Great selection of beer (with more than one offer of free beer since I have been a member), but it's the customer service that keeps sending me back. Any time I have had an issue with my order it's been resolved immediately and every time my expectations have been exceeded. Genuinely friendly people who care!
