I could not rate this dealership highly enough. Second car in 2 weeks we have purchased from here, and the service is amazing. Jon especially went above and beyond to do all he could to make sure that we got the best deals possible. Right the way from getting the best price for us, keeping in contact to keep us updated, even down to storing the car for us whilst we went away on holiday and they had some worked carried out on it for us. He made sure that everything ran smoothly, and that we had a great experience. I could not recommend him highly enough and the hard work and effort him and his team provided for us. We will be coming back here for all future purchases for certain. Thank you very much!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER.
After owning Bentley cars for the last 21 years this is the worst service I have ever received.
A straight forward service turned into a disaster.
A simple request to check the power to the boot on my GTC turned into hinges being replaced, which I now believe were not required as the same problem re occurred after I collected the car, when I then found out all it needed was a power charge as I expected.
I asked for my key fobs to be changed when it was serviced and was surprised to get a call half an hour before I was due to collect to be told the car wasn’t ready as the fobs were arriving the following day, so the car was left with them to complete.
On collecting my car you can imagine my surprise when I looked around the car there was masking tape on the boot lid which the advisor and I removed, then there was a muddy boot print on the glove leather trim and the passenger seat and I was then told by the way the air-con was not working (which was before the service) and they will contact me with a price to repair. (that price took 11 days of me chasing to receive)
Then I was given my old keys back still expecting to be given my new fobs but was told they still haven’t arrived.
I complained to Bentley Essex and received no response so I sent an email to Bentley Motors GB on 23/04/2020 and it must be a standard implemented as they haven’t responded to that email or the follow up emails either.
My second Bentley is also now looked after by the local Rolls Royce main dealer and the service is excellent and you feel as though they care and are interested. They also carried out the air-con repair using the same Bentley parts for under half the price I was quoted.
If you care about your car or pocket find an alternative dealer.

Went to this showroom today to look at a car and Grant was the best car salesman we have met. He wasn't pushy and explained all the options and helped us decide on the best one for us. He also didn't complain when we set a car alarm off twice! Really friendly and professional and have bought a car from there now. Thank you.
