Great service all round. I recently ordered a new e-bike having had my previous one stolen. Everyone I dealt with was polite and very helpful. My ebike was set up and ready to go and a free service package came with it. Excellent service all round.

Really helpful and friendly guys who will give you genuine advice. Came here as I had a creak coming from my bike and they quickly identified the issue and even adjusted my headset for me! Really good stock of Giant bikes too. The only good bike shop I'm aware of that's left in the area. Highly recommended.

Read reviews on where to get panniers locally and decided on cycleworld Portsmouth. Great service from Dave. Recommended, purchased and he fitted all without any need to book in. Did 2 bikes within an hour.

Went in to cycle world needing my inner tube doing on my front wheel. Oz did this for me within 15 minutes. Explained that I needed more doing to the bike but no pressure and to come back when I’ve got the time.
When I left the shop my back tire ended up going as well which needed an new inner tube.
Honestly couldn’t thank this store even the one. After missing a morning of work to get this sorted Oz was fully understanding and helped me in so many ways.
Won’t go anywhere else for bike repairs in the future. (Sorry oz) lol

Fantastic staff with great tech ability. Dave and the team have been amazing, difficult Shimano warranty return dealt with quickly and professionally. Cycle world will be where I go for all eMTB needs from now on.

It was a great pleasure to stop at this bike shop during our summer holidays in south England.
We came with our campervan from Germany and had a bent rim from reversing against a signpost. We thought we could no cycle any more during this holiday.
The shop crew was very kind and helpful and 20minutes later our bike was like new. And all of this for a really reasonable price.

My riding buddies and I have bought at least 8 ebikes from Cycle World and really recommend them for bike sales and servicing.

This weekend I had a problem with my 6-month old Giant electric mountain bike cutting out, so rang Cycle World first ring on Monday to get it booked in for attention under the factory warranty. I spoke to Oz. I live about 10 miles outside of Portsmouth and my car won’t take a fully assembled bike, but Oz offered collection and within 2 hours he had arrived in a van and taken the bike away, saving me the hassle of riding a faulty bike to the shop and getting a train back home.

What fantastic customer service! I’ll update the review when I get the bike back.

Seriously google gives u 1 star for my review my bike is actually in worse condition than when it 1st arrived i can't ride now the was supposed to replace my crank just replace the pin.. they try to give my bike back with the back wheel hanging off and said my bike needs money spending on it so why was my crack not replacd. Now I got to spend more because I have bin ripped off 🤬
