Went to Fudges today to have them look at my rear brake cable that was getting stuck in its very old and rusty housing. They did a fantastic job at fixing it, far superior in my opinion to the service I'd get from Halfords, and also were very reasonable on price. I'll be using them as my first choice cycle store in Epsom in future as Halfords are now saying they're only taking online bookings to have a quick look at your bike which was never the case previously.

They're also selling some rather tempting lightweight electric Look road bikes which I'm very tempted by as well.

I snapped my MTB chain obviously miles away from home. I pushed it to Fudges cycle store with the hope they could repair it. Customer service was excellent! Mike was the saviour of the day. He repaired it quickly and only charged for parts :) Thanks Mike 👍

A great cycle shop , I bought my bike there a couple of years ago
Unfortunately it was stolen from my lock up shed a few weeks ago. Both Fudges and Surrey Police working together retrieved my stolen bike back to me. Fudges went way and beyond in it recovery. Thank you Fudges 👏👏👏👏

Bought two bikes last year and had an old one serviced. Excellent staff and great customer care. Never had to wait too long, prompt delivery as promised. They were also kind enough to swap my pedals free of charge.

Great service and great deals, two lovely chaps went well out of their way to let me test ride a couple of e-bikes. It was almost closing time, however they never rushed me and made sure I was happy. Highly recommended!

I popped in the other day to get my wife's bike services and the guys there couldn't have been more helpful. Really nice, consultative approach, friendly and great value for money. They are the benchmark for how retail should operate. I just wish I had the space and budget to go in there more often to buy bikes!

Had a really poor experience recently. Had a disc brake service done with new pads and rotors. Checked the bike at home before commuting to work and the new brake pad on the rear wheel was completely loose. Mechanic hadn’t inserted the pin to hold it in place. Both wheels were hardly turning due to the massive amount brake rub as brakes/wheels not aligned. Clearly not roadworthy and not sure how qualified the person was who did the service. Called them back to ask for a refund of the service fee ( was happy to pay for the parts), said they would get back to me and never heard from them again. Won’t take my bike there again and would advise anyone else not to do so.
