Honest decent thorough kind hard working fairly priced cycling repair shop - come here - the gentleman explained what was wrong and allowed me to watch him repair my bike -explaining exactly what he was doing.
Can not recommend enough

Follow up - called them yesterday as I had a different problem and although the workshop was booked for a while up he talked me through a gear problem on the phone and I was able to fix it myself !

Fantastic customer service from Ian and his team. Great professional unbiased advice from Ian and very helpful in assisting me decide the best bike for me.
All paperwork was completed by Ian and the process was seamless.

I bought my first ever full suspension bike here. The whole buying and after sales experience was excellent from start to finish. No hard sell, just a complete guide as to what's good, what's not and what would suite me as a rider. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Iain and Alfie are a fab couple of guys. Iain can look moody at times, but has a heart of gold. Alfie talks allot, but is all the better for it. Fully recommend Runway cycling for a great experience, whether buying a bike or getting a service! Just don’t turn up before they’ve had coffee, providing you do this place is a game changer!

My Trek is over 10 years - I took it to Runway - a new pair of wheels, new group set and it looks and rides like a new bike - recommend these guys without hesitation

If you are heading out or coming in through Heathrow Airport then this is for-sure the goto place for your bicycle needs. Even if you didn't, they are worth the travel. The staff are friendly and competent and for me went beyond what was needed in order to assist. I highly recommend them.

I visited this incredibly helpful and kind store in 8/22/2019 from Japan🇯🇵 when I was 20 years old.
After traveling around the UK by bicycle, I asked this store for help to board my bike on the plane. (I had weak plan to board my bike on the plane and was completely at lost to do so)
The owner of this store took apart my bike and packed into cardboard box carefully AND HE DROVE ME TO AIRPORT BEFORE THE TIME HE OPENED THE STORE!!!!
I’m really appreciated the kindness of him and found a man that I must target as a role model of my life.

I hope he sees this message and recall me.

I flew into Heathrow and ran into some difficulty reassembling ; these guys were just down the street from the airport and they sorted me out promptly !
