Never knew buying a bike could be so much fun - The staff could not have been more helpful or obliging. I went in expecting to have to wait months but actually got to ride it home there and then. They even attached the basket and other accessories for me. Thanks guys!

Bought a Brompton at this shop and had a problem with my gears, which needed some adjustment to work properly. I felt like I was really bothering them, the repair guy wanted to keep the bike a few days "until he might get around to have a look at it". Instead I went to the Brompton shop in Covent Garden, the friendly guy downstairs fixed it in 2 min with no charge AND a smile. What a huge difference in customer service!!

Great service. The team there were very knowledgeable and helpful when asking for advice on a bike and when I had a seeping calliper, they swapped it over for a new one with no fuss! All in all highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Great bike shop, with good selection of small wheeled bikes, as well as more conventional sizes, experts in e bikes, and great to deal with. They have other branches too in central London, and if you are looking to go e bike, this is a good place to go. Great sales team, who really look after you.

Excellent service from Jason - he clearly knows all about bikes! He talked me through the options and answered all my questions, gave me opportunities to try different bikes and there was no pressure selling. Then he handled my order very well. When I had to return post-sale for a tweak of the gears he sorted it out super-fast. Many thanks!

I am new to the Brompton bike world so arriving at the Velorution - Chelsea Store was a great experience. From Jake greeting me, answering my one hundred million questions, to adding and changing accessories on my Brompton to pumping up the tires. Jake is an asset to the business with his product knowledge, safety first attitude and excellent customer service.

If anyone out there has questions or thoughts about buying a Brompton or electric bike, get yourself down to Velorution -Chelsea the store design, layout and bike selection is top.

TOP TIP: ask for Jason!

This fabulous urban bicycle shop is from a small chain (just 4) and the service is excellent.

Don’t waste time at Halfords or (due to the pandemic) order a bike online, after visiting Velorution on a whim, the reality of having a local reliable store makes all the difference.

They have a range of excellent options, including electric bikes, and quality accessories. Having four stores, if they don’t have it in their store, they can easily check another branch.

Brands include: Marin, Liv, Giant, Pashley all the way through to more exclusive brands such as Schindelhauer, Palago, ARCC, Colourbolt, and Rizoma.

I am at the lower end of the market, as I am new to cycling but wanted a quality reliable bike and if you are reading this, you already know that you get what you pay for as the components are sooo much better.

The genuinely helpful and experienced assistants have a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable vibe and I can’t wait to collect my bike knowing that it has been built and fit especially for me.

Note: I am a top rated reviewer on google and ONLY review services when I am extremely impressed. I’ve just read some of the others comments and unsure what happened because my experience was truly excellent ...keep up the good work and thank you!

Hopeless from the moment I collected my pre damaged bike to a year on. Tried to book a service but they stopped bothering doing them. They offered to ship it to Hackney or Islington but they would have to have the bike for a week. Not impressed at all.
