Brompton Junction Covent Garden

A really positive experience.

Being newbies to the brand, my wife and I called in to get some information on the model range ; it was made clear from the start we weren't proposing to buy anything.
Despite no prospect of a sale, Ross was super helpful and very informative. We were shown the folding mechanism, given an overview of the different models and encouraged to check their respective weights.

End of story ; except it wasn't !

We were so impressed with the product and the enthusiasm for the brand shown by Ross, we decided to go right ahead and buy two bikes.
And because the store carries a good stock, we were able to buy the exact specification / colour combinations we wanted.

As promised the bikes were ready for collection the next day and, since we were visitors to London, we were even given advice on the best cycling route back to our accommodation.

Absolutely first class !

I cannot recommend these bikes (I am deeply in love with my Brompton) or this shop enough!! The staff in the workshop are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought a used Brompton about two years ago and had to recently drop into the workshop due to an issue with my gears.
The workshop guy (not sure of his name) was so incredibly helpful, sorted it then and there and was as kind as to answer another 100 questions I had. Thank you for your patience and the excellent help!

I have also now had it “upgraded” from 3 to 6 gears and again the workshop crew was incredible. Special shout out to Mo who did the work on my bike and took extra care of its yellow handles. What a kind gesture, I really appreciate it!

Great product sold by staff who know it, use it and are happy to answer questions. By leaving a bank card & ID card, I was able to test ride a couple of bikes in the streets, was given a helmet & able to slip on cycling shorts in the changing room. Made my choice & took the bike away an hour later, including a rack & a handlebar bag. Brilliant!

Absolutely blown away by the fantastic service. Obviously you should give the workshop time to fix your issues. But I bowled up at lunchtime with a flickering rear light, hoping to get it fixed whilst I waited. The mechanic (didn't catch his name - but he was working at 13:00 on 26 Oct) stopped what he was doing for me, and fixed my light in about 10 minutes under warranty. Brilliant Workshop, Brilliant Bikes.

Wow what an experience- in utter awe of the Brompton engineering and great respect for the staff who work so passionately in this store! Dennis took so much time to help us find the right specifications that would suit both myself and my husband to enable us to use the same Brompton. Dennis was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions and even when our choice of colour combination was out of stock he went out of his way to help and show us the new colour combination. Highly recommend this store and it’s attentive staff. Huge Brompton convert! 5* customer service

After a dreadful experience here a few years ago that resulted in my bike being repaired so badly I could have been killed on the road (chain wheel and crank fell off while cycling) Followed by a catalogue of errors that resulted in months of courtesy bikes and my Brompton finally returned to the factory for a full refurb...a long story...
I decided to give them another chance, it's close to work, I only needed new brake blocks, they've probably got their act together...
Told brusquely by workshop, don't have a supply of em, they're standard, get em anywhere.
Great showroom, great bikes, but don't waste your time.
I rarely write bad reviews, but it really seems to be still, so unbelievably poor.

Staff was so helpful.
We were waiting for the CLine Flame Lacquer since July, and Thanks to Dennis for giving me updates and responding to my inquiries each time. Thanks to Thiago and David as well, very accommodating and helpful during our store visit. Lovely staff. 👌

Came in to buy an electric c line and had an excellent experience with the team here; I had asked them to hold a bike for me (which they were happy to do) and then when I arrived my typical indecisiveness took over and I wanted to look at several other models before settling on the bike I had them hold. The folks I interacted with were super patient, didn’t try to upsell me at all, and genuinely understood the products they were selling. The mechanics in the shop downstairs were great as well, and even took the time to make some small adjustments to the handlebars when I felt they weren’t quite right. This was my first experience with this brand, and on the strength of not only the bike but also the in-store experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend buying your Brompton directly from this shop!
