I've used these guys since they opened and have always received good advice and reliable, fairly costed, repairs. They recently did an excellent and good value job on a vintage steel frame rebuild. I now live way South but still use them wherever possible as, during 25 years of daily cycling in London, I haven't discovered a better all round shop.
Update: Recently bought a Trek Checkpoint AL4 from these guys. Great advice on the purchase with an excellent fitting and aftersales service.

Absolutely love these guys. Total gearheads, who live and breath bikes. I've bought 3 bikes from them over the years. A road bike, city bike, single speed and the follow up care from them has been phenomenal. I don't even live in the area anymore but come out and get my bike fixed with them when I'm in town. They're always there for me. Much appreciation to the guys!

I totally recommend this bike shop. Personalised treatment with very good knowledge and very good recommendations on the products they have in store, thus helping to choose the best option for your budget and needs. I chose them even living far from the area and I do not regret it. They also let me test the bike before buying it, keeping the hygienic measures for the Covid. They have also the cycle to work scheme!

I was looking for fenders but no shops were keen to help me, only this shop. At the order process, he even promised me for a full refund if they don't fit to my bike. And he put a lot of effort to install the fenders even though it wasn't an easy job as the memserment was slightly different. I really appreciate him!

These guys are the BEST! Had to make a warranty claim on a Trek I bought from them 5 years previously. Charlie sorted the whole thing out and voila, I got a brand new sparkly Trek. Highly recommend.

This is a gem of a store, they are incredibly knowledgable and happy to answer even the dimmest of questions. I am hugely impressed by their level of service and speed helping me to both get my first bike and replace it with an upgrade after it was stolen. I would recommend them to everyone looking for an independent store. They have better quality and prices then the big shops and much much better service.

This shop and the people who work here are wonderful. Very friendly and honest advice given, I would definitely trust them more than any other bike shop I've tried in London, and their prices are very competitive as well!

Excellent! Called in for a gear indexing service. It was all ready in less than 15 mins and custom-charged below indexing service price. Super good comms. Everyone wears masks inside. I have found my new (semi) local shop!
