Popped in today hoping to get a new stem I’d bought, fitted to my old 1995 bike. Lucas said “I’ll do it now for you”

I was gobsmacked, went and done my shopping, got back and it was fitted perfectly. I wasn’t comfortable with not paying so gave him £20.

Maison Du Velo is a great place to come for a bike fit, for a new bike or just for a coffee and cake.
Paul has great experience and knowledge on bike fitting and has helped me get set up right. You can choose the level and money you want to spend and Paul is there to guide you through it.
Maison du Velo is also a very good place for your N+1. Great service all round. Can highly recommend them.

My first visit to this cycling cafe shop and it will not be my last. There is so much cycling passion here and with the exceptional cycling knowledge coupled with built in customer service, which many similar struggle with, this is a worthwhile stop for anyone interested in cycling. Great coffee and pastries to help with the encouragement of a return visit, thanks for having me.

The best place for an excellent bike fit and advice. Changed my handlebar width, shortened stem and upped seat post position by 3 cm and I Immediately noticed the difference between my old bike position (which gave me some back pain and numb fingers after long rides) and the new position! Also corrected cleat angles and put a moulded measured fitted carbon sole in my new cycling shoes which gave more watts with little effort whilst maximizing correct amount of even force on pedals. Paul the bike fitter is friendly, professional with highly sound advice. I have already spread the word and advised some friends and club riders to do the same! Highly recommended Maison Du Velo with plenty of different levels of bike fits to suit all requirements.

Amazing bike shop, I have used them for a bike fit last year and Paul was really helpful and I am now having a bike built up The coffees are also fantastic.
