Not Steve's biggest customer by a long way. Me and my partner both purchased our E-bikes from Steve at TakeCharge and he has looked after them and us ever since. Even to providing an excellent postal service after we moved to the depths of Wales.

Parts are quickly identified with photograph if needed and promptly dispatched.

E-Bikes are not cheap, so to get the after sales service and the reassurance that your money is well spent years later as an intermittent customer. E-Bikes don't really break that often when mine did it was my fault.

I ordered a Tern bag and it got lost due to the postal strikes. The team at E-Bike Experts were amazing. They were so efficient and apologetic and and made sure that customer service was top priority. Thanks so much! Fabulous !

This shop offers great service. Steve does servicing and repairs as well as selling ebikes.
He did not have the bike I wanted in stock but was able to get one for me.

Excellent service. I traveled from London to Woking by train and he was able to turn it around while I went for a walk by the canal. Bike was repaired properly for my return to London. He is also has a lovely dog and great shop!
