Just visited Evans cycles in Norwich with my wife. Having booked an appointment we were looked after brilliantly by the store manager, Michael. I went to the shop as I was having difficulty changing the pedals over on my road bike. I was helped almost immediately by a young man who took the time to sort the problem out, whilst explaining the process to me (for future reference). Very friendly, exceptional service. Initially on my first visit into the Evans Norwich store I spoke with a rad dude named Hamish, who could not have been more enthusiastic and helpful with a Shimano disc brake enquiry. Impressed with his customer service I returned some weeks later to the store and purchased the disc brakes after a store colleague named Amanda was very helpful on the phone before hand. Upon entering the store another awesome colleague named Cam was really enthusiastic and helpful with my in store purchase of above mentioned item. Upon finding out he too was a fellow BMX rider I felt really valued as a customer, following a good chat about bikes and BMX. I would recommend these three colleagues and the Norwich store for sure. Keep up the great work! Enthusiastic, passionate staff make a great workforce and in turn happy customers!

Its fashionable these days for cycling aficionados to look down on the big chains like Evans. Yesterday lunchtime, I went to this store with a small problem (broken saddle) and the guys there couldn't have been more helpful - interrupting what they were doing and fixed my problem in a total non-jobsworth-type of way. Will definitely come back to this store when I buy my next bike! Thank you!

Micheal and his team in the Norwich store were very helpful and fixed a highly unusual folding-stem on a Cannondale bike. I can highly recommend them for professional & friendly service.
