Weybridge Cycles Repairs Surrey

Barry has looked after my road bikes for the last 2 years and to be honest after using a couple of other local cycle repair shops i'm more than happy to stay where I am now. Amazing service very technical guy with an engineering background so any odd problems I've ever had with my bikes barry has been able to fix them massive shout out to Weybridge cycle repairs!

Excellent service! I was biking through Weybridge all the way from Twickenham and my bike broke down on me. I called up Barry at Weybridge cycles and he was able to see me for a quick servicing within minutes. He got the bike up and running again in no time. He even got on the phone with the repair shop I last used for a servicing to find out if there was a warranty on the part they had replaced. He really helped me out today.

My bike got a flat tyre and I was lucky enough to have Barry just around the corner.

Since I had no spare he could have charged me as much as he wanted but instead he only asked for a few quids.

I found the company through the Google search. I called to ask if it was possible to have a look at my bike today. The owner seemed friendly and keen to try to get my bike fixed. We arranged that I’ll cycle to the services right away. He asked me to call when I leave and he sent me a text message with an address (different than the one posted on website). I replied saying I’m on my way and will be there in 30min. I arrived at the address which appeared to be someone private house and called the owner again. He said I did not let him know that I’m leaving and he is not available. He then ended the call abruptly, consequently wasting 1h of my time. I cannot comment on the competency of the mechanic, but one things for sure- if you’re using this company, prepare for an appealing customer service.

I collected and cycled home and Barry even messaged me to make sure I'd got home safely!
