No More Birds

I would give this company zero stars. I bought a product with next day delivery. It arrived three-days later, postmarked second class. I have called and written several times, with deathly silence and no refund of the extra money I paid.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery, after much chasing (no answer from phones). Eventually arrived 10 days later. damaged box and bits missing. Still chasing missing bits over a month later. No invoice either. DO NOT USE
1 star is far too high

Friendly and informative staff. My business bought products in-store to treat a mouse issue.

I refused delivery at the door so I’d get a simple refund… I contacted PayPal as I did not receive said refund and the company have had the nerve to escalate this to a claim!!!
I do not have the product and I have not been refunded my money. How is this allowed?! I’m actually devastated.
Original post - This company is a complete sham. Avoid at all costs. Errors on website. Inconsistent information. Terrible customer service. I should’ve read the reviews before using. A horrible experience and waste of money. It’s a shame you need to give 1 star to post this. They don’t deserve any.

This company is a joke. We ordered a net for our balcony over a month ago and are still awaiting for it. They said it was with the courier, but the courier never arrived to our flat and when we went to the collection point the asked for additional information that the ocmpany did not provide. We have tried to contact them but we still haven't had a reply via phone, chat nor email. Now, the money was taken really quickly...

I ordered from them a few days ago and although I didn't receive a dispatch email or response from them when I chased this up my order has arrived today so thank you. Not going to lie slight panic whether it would arrive from past reviews on here. Obviously as they state on their website covid has affected how they are running currently so I guess give them a chance.

Our goods were delivered. I am satisfied with them, however the customer service from this company is woeful and should be reflected within my review. I tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, sent emails, none of which were replied to. Just total silence. It looks like a lot of people have a similar experience and it's just not good enough. I would not use again.

Very poor business. Placed an order with them and 18 days, 6 unanswered emails, 5 unanswered phonecalls later I have still had no delivery and no reply from them. I now have to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid them like the plague, they are either crooks or have gone out of business but left there website live. Really really poor
