Have to say I’m very disappointed with this firm . Arranged for a home visit but no one turned up. Not even a call to say they wouldn’t be able to attend. Rang the company and spoke to Lee who informed me that I’d only rang to have a moan. His attitude wasn’t what I would have expected during a time when supporting local firms is important. I can only assume his business is doing so well that he didn’t need the work.
