Brilliant shutters and amazing customer service!

This review covers having over 14 shutters fitted across 2 separate properties in two separate parts of London over the space of 1 year.

Both installations were brilliant, one in my parents property and one in my own. We’ve had them fitted on a variety of large and small windows.

The service received from quote to final payment was first class. Everyone is polite knowledgeable, listen and communicate exceptionally well.

When we had our shutters delivered a few louvers were damaged. Controllux immediately order replacements and didnt take payment until every shutter was replaced and we were happy.

The whole process was very smooth.
I find I cannot stop recommending them to friends and family.

The quality is brilliant too. We’ve been using our shutters for approx 18 months without a single issue.

They act as a good additional barrier to the weather keeping quite a fair amount of cold out in the winter. This also helps to keep the heat in as-well.

We had quotes from other shutter companies too Hillarys included and Im glad we opted for Controllux instead, the finish and workmanship is better. They have definitely enhanced the look and feel of our home.
