The customer interface is excellent, Maria was always accessible and very helpful both with ordering fabric samples and how to make the measurements. We ordered 2 large venetian blinds and 6 roller blinds. They were all of good quality and a perfect fit. Having checked competitor prices, we were very impressed with the value and deducted one star only because the delivery was delayed by a week. We would definitely buy again from Blinds4UK

I am DISAPPOINTED

Telephone lines don't work and the communication for this supplier is awful, you have to do all the work chase and find out where you stuff is.

Currently my blinds have been delayed by almost 4 weeks due to a fault on their side and no one has got out to keep my updated on the order and progress.

It's cheap and the customer service is non existent, better go elsewhere unless you want to waste your time

Ordered 16 blinds from blinds4uk Limited (mix of wooden, perfect fit and roller) to arrive in time before we moved house. 8 arrived on time and we were concerned why the others had not arrived also. Read reviews and suddenly we were very, very worried, especially as we were moving house imminently. Rang the following day and left a message (answer phone does come on eventually so stay on the phone) stating order number and explained the circumstances. We also sent an email. Maria promptly rang me back and said all other blinds except the roller should have been on the same order. She said she would check with the courier and call me back with an update, which she rightly did. As the supplier could not locate them she ordered replacements to be sent as a priority before we moved. She rang the following day and gave me a tracking number and said they would arrive later, which they did. She also said the roller blind was due to arrive Tuesday, which was after we moved so she had redirected it to our new house. She also kept us uptodate via email. The order confirmation did say that they may arrive separately so they do make you aware (we did not notice this initially). I have to say I have been very impressed with the service Maria has provided, shes been very helpful and she as communicated with me every step of the way. The blinds are also good quality and very good value. I would just like to thank Maria for all her help and support to ensure we got our blinds. Moving is stressful enough, so we are extremely happy that everything worked out. Please note that this is a genuine review and if you need to call them make sure you leave an actual message and quote your order number. Thanks again Maria!

Absolutely brilliant service from Blinds4UK. Ordered a custom made, very wide, blackout roller blind which was delivered quickly and is really well made. The price compared to other websites was by far the best and I can't recommend this company enough :-)

Poor customer service. Would not recommend using this company.

When purchasing the blind, I was given a delivery date and paid a large delivery charge. The blind didn't arrive for a long time after the guaranteed delivery date despite me chasing with the company.

I therefore requested the delivery charge be refunded but they refused, stating it is the standard charge.

I had booked a tradesperson in to fit the blind which I then had to cancel and was charged a cancellation fee. Despite me explaining the situation to Blinds 4 UK, they were unsympathetic and offered nothing for the inconvenience and blamed the volume of orders for the delay. I asked for the order to be cancelled and they also refused. I think the least they could have done was offer to refund the delivery charge to compensate for the long delay and money I had lost.

I would suggest you don't use this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

The people who have left good reviews for this company were obviously just lucky- don’t try your luck, you will regret it, as I am now!!

The blinds arrived in the wrong colour and I can’t get hold of anyone to complain, the email doesn’t work, the don’t have a message option on their Facebook page and the twitter button on the website doesn’t work!!

Update: someone called me and was very apologetic said they would personally deal with rectifying the issue and would have the correct blinds sent out as soon as possible. (At the end of the conversation they asked me to removed my review from google!)

I then received an email saying they would be dispatched on 20th July (yesterday) but they emailed today saying they are out of stock and won’t be dispatched until 9th August. I’m not quite sure why they waited until the day after they were supposed to be dispatched to tell me this but if you are looking for blinds that arrive correctly when they say they will this is not the company to order them from!!!

Update: it is now the 15th August and I still don’t have my blinds that I ordered in JUNE!!!

Ordered from these guys, took just over a week to arrive. The quality is pretty good - definitely high quality for the price of custom made.

One was slightly narrower than I would have liked but it’s still not showing any window - possibly a mistake on my end when measuring.

Otherwise, easy install - good quality - decent delivery time - overall pretty impressed.

Made a blind to specification but sent the wrong product and refused to accept return, beware.

As they have correctly pointed out in their response, they did highlight the product they were sending in the post purchase confirmation which I missed (my error). My issue with the order was that the product was changed mid process without any warning or being highlighted ahead of purchase, due to a them not being able to provide what I had selected within the required specifications. It’s just not acceptable no matter how many post purchase invoices you send.

Terrible customer service, I think more than half of your 54 reviews being 1 star says it all, I wish I had read them first and hope others heed this as a warning.

Many competitors with +4 star I’d choose them.
