We had a fantastic 5 star service. excellent customer service in the showroom, followed by further excellent measuring service and fitting was also excellent. Cannot praise Karens Blinds enough and two superb Roman blinds in just over 3 weeks!!

Called up for an appointment, the guy arrived albeit 15mins late , took the measurements gave me a price for the front only… said he’d have a word with his manager regarding the rear fittings and the Nelsons hat window …. Never heard back ?! 2 weeks on and still nothing ?! We were looking to spend around £2500 fitting out the house… but if that’s the sort of slack service , then you’ve made our decision easier…. We go elsewhere

Tried to contact over a whole morning to cancel an appointment for quote which was made for the afternoon which legitimately could not be kept due to genuine difficulties.Telephone repeatedly in engaged mode also sent a message through web site.Eventually my wife got to speak to someone several hours later.Met with abrupt responses with no interest shown in offering alternative appointment.Very poor attitude and customer relations.Nicer people are out there to do business with.

Great service from all at Karens , second time we have had Faux wood blinds fitters very professional friendly and helpful very happy would recommend to anyone who wants blinds .
