James and his team have delivered a fantastic service for my family and I once again, the third time we have used their services. The initial 'sales' visit was informative, sagacious and refreshingly unobtrusive.
We have had fourteen professionally designed, measured and fitted blinds and shutters in our current property and are thoroughly delighted with each and every one.
Are they the cheapest blinds in the world, no but if I'd have wanted cheap I'd have gone to one of those trashy high street chains, besides you know what they say... Buy cheap, buy twice!

James fitted blinds at a house that we subsequently bought. At the point of sale, he was still due to supply and fit 1 velux blind and refit another blind. He agreed with the previous house owners that he would honour this for us as the new owners. I contacted him and arranged a date for him to come round, he didn't turn up. He then didn't respond to a voicemail or text. My partner then spoke with him and again he engaged on the first contact and has since ignored his calls and texts. We are now 3 months on from the initial contact with James. I am disappointed as the previous owners paid for these blinds and James committed to supply them.
