Fantastic service from South Wales Blinds from start to finish. They were happy to come back to slightly amend the sizing of our Venetian blinds and offer to help take them down for painting. Very quick turnaround from manufacturing to fitting. Would 100% recommend.

Have used before so have decided to use again, vastly different experience - were told we might be looking at a pre christmas fitting, but have had multiple reschedules - one 30 minutes before fitting was supposed to take place.

Tried fitting twice - once didn't have the equipment needed so left and came back another day to find they had ordered the wrong blinds

Just been called again to be told that "maybe" next Tuesday
