More than satisfied with the service - They came out with a load of samples and offered recommendations; what we WERE going to go for is a complete change from what we had as the salesman with the samples insisted on trying them against the window and they looked completely different from what they looked like in the book (I would recommend anyone to do this) - in the end we went with one of his recommendations and we are so pleased we did. We had 2 blinds for our kitchen diner measuring 100 inch and 146 inch floor to ceiling with the Black Rails and wands.
They were ordered and after a week they were made and fitted - when they went i checked them right through and the quality and workmanship I cannot fault. On the experience I have had I would well recommend Meridian Blinds. Price wise and quality are fist class. Thank you ;-)

We had every window in the house fitted with roman blinds, very good quality materials and workmanship, but 2 of the blinds did not follow the same fitting convention as the rest. I called them up and explained the problem so they came to the house to take a look, they agreed that the two in question were different and said we will make two new blinds to the correct measurements. I have given 5 stars to them because of their after sales service, mistakes happen, but the way they deal with those mistakes are what counts, and I cannot fault their response

Absolutely terrible waited 6 weeks for them to come out, measure then hand make them so disappointed! The stitching was all wonky none of it was straight and it wasn't even level at the bottom, I called them up no apology whatsoever they came out agreed that they wasn't done to a satisfactory standard and for a £140 set of blinds you at least want a decent pair. They left those up and arranged another appointment for 6 weeks again so they can remake them which I thought that was pretty decent of them only to wait so long and when they came the second time they was even worse! Stitching was better but still again not leveled off at the bottom all uneven and tight to the wall so when lifting the blinds up they fold over in the corners and look a mess to be honest. Yet again no apology the staff was rude no compensation or goodwill gesture offered just had to wait in yet another day wasted for them to come to my home be rude and cold towards me take the blinds down and refund me. So back to square one with no blinds in my hallway nearly 3 months of waiting just a shambles of a company to sum then up. Avoid at all costs!!

Do not buy from this company, they lie that you get a year warranty. They installed blinds which were treading off and and not shut properly, I contacted them to fix them and they said the company has gone bankrupt so they are not able to do anything. Apparently Meridian blinds is still operating.You are better off buying elsewhere because their blind machine does not cut the blinds properly and they will come to your house and cut some of the blinds them self, there is no such thing as made to fit, they will look for a standard blind that has a similar size to your window fitting then will cut them with a hacksaw. DO NOT BUY,STAY AWARE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP.

Avoid this company! Terrible customer service and huge lack of consistency and communication! Ordered these blinds as store is local and quote seemed OK (although £90 per blind knocked off just by going for a different shade of white.. Which wasn't made clear to me at the beginning).. Anyway, blinds arrived and were clearly too long for the windows and had been measured incorrectly. Phoned numerous times, once told the problem would be fixed, once told that we were wrong and blinds are meant to be long.. 3 different people have now been out to look at them... All 3 times the guys didn't know why they were here! Promised calls back which never came... Told they will be sorted and replaced.. Never happened! 2 months later and still in same boat. Just terrible customer service and lack of care, quality or interest in final product or customer satisfaction! Spare yourselves the time and money!

Not a good response in terms of customer support or help. Quite dismissive and not really interested in supporting past customer needs with help or advice. I felt they were rude when I called and this was unnecessary. Shop somewhere else would be my advice.They part of the Solar sunshade group.

Shocking Customer Service!!!
I've used this company to dress 2 houses in full when we have moved but since then the business has been sold on- advertising as Meridian, but the phone is answered as Solar Sunshades.
One of the roman blinds has stopped functioning so I called this morning to ask them to come out- happy to pay as I know out of warranty- and they are refusing to help as not doing any non-warranty work now... I explained that's poor service for existing customers that have likely spent thousands of pounds but no interest at all!
Do not use them as you will not be able to get help when needed.
