West End Blind Company

Absolutely blown away by how fabulous my blind is . I had a vertical blind fitted in kitchen as had had a new kitchen. My colour request was not the usual as I had a pink blind. The staff are lovely in the showroom and the team member who came to fit it was excellent. He was so polite and efficient. My cats liked him too and animals are always a great judge of character. I will be using this awesome company again as have more decorating and renovations to do. Highly recommended.

On moving house I can honestly say I can not recommend Westend blinds enough. I had my blinds from them in my prior house and the service they give is second to none. They are very professional, reliable and nothing is to much trouble. I ordered my blinds and within 2weeks they were fitted and I can honestly say I absolutely love them!!! Thankyou Westend blinds and all the staff for your great service and look forward to you doing the rest of my house.

Excellent service, staff arrived at my home on time, were polite and courteous throughout their visits. Very reasonable prices, great products, supplied and fitted quickly and without any fuss. Will definitely recommend.

Promised a visit to measure with a " time window " of between 11am and 2pm! Waited over 3hrs and no show. Called to complain and was told that they had left a message on my phone to cancel the visit. When I told them that there was no message left on my phone they kept insisting that they had left one and I kept saying they hadn't to which they replied " oh well, if you're right", in a slightly sarcastic tone of voice!
If I'd received a message, why would I be calling them to complain that I'd wasted 3hours of my work time waiting for them? Obviously I refused their offer to rearrange for another day!

Very pleased with this company blinds are excellent dave who measured and quoted was great and fitters were excellent no mess and very friendly and on time would recommend this company

Almost forgot to write this review. I chose this place to get new blinds after reading the other Google reviews on here.

The guy who came out go measure the blinds was friendly and knowledgeable. He had samples of blinds and colours for me to choose from and gave me a quote there and then.

A couple of weeks later, the blinds had been manufactured and were read to go. The two young guys who cane out to fir them were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I was so happy with how everything went, that I made a point of ringing the office manager and telling them that I was very happy and wanted them to know how hood their staff had been. I'll certainly be recommending this place to my friends.
