Amazing - fantastic service from choosing the appropriate shutter, the advice given was spot on, Price, better than any other place we checked, we ordered prior to lockdown and were kept informed and updated with regards to the install. Day of the install, so smooth if it wasnt for the shutters you wouldnt have known they had been there. I am also in business and always look for a professional company, without a doubt they were that and more. Honestly if you need shutters look no further (we did, and there was no need ).. sorry for the bad photos lol... before and after.

These guys go above and beyond with their customer service. I had the whole house fitted with shutters and the installers were very polite, efficient and didn't leave any mess. The shutters themselves are a high quality product and worth every penny.

But what is really good about this company is their commitment to their customers after the job is done. One of the windows where the shutters were installed is a bay, and shorty after installation it started leaking, which destroyed the frames for the new shutters. Dispite this not being Janelas fault, they came out and removed the shutters and frames, and once the problem was solved, they came right back and reinstalled them.

The window started leaking again just before lockdown so I asked Janela to come back out and uninstall the shutters before they got damaged while I tracked down the problem again. They responded immediately and got the shutters out on the same day.

Now they are back in and looking fantastic. In each instance Janela could have charged loads for all of the work that they've had to do as a result of an issue that was not thier fault, yet they didn't, and kept the costs low. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely have them install new shutters in any house I move into in the future.

Me and my wife are very pleased with our new shutters and blinds. We had blinds on all of the rear facing windows of our house and shutters on the front.

The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing. Ryan and Adam fitted everything and were very fast and professional.
