My wife and I had no hesitation in choosing Rainbow blinds, Neath Abbey, we chose white wood effect blinds to compliment our recently installed 4 new windows. From 1st contact and a visit by Martin their surveyor, the blinds were up 8 days later and only took Martin 45mins to install, we are hugely satisfied with the highly professional work carried out and no fuss or mess, Martin is a gentleman and gets the job done in no time. We would highly recommend Rainbow blinds a family run business and local with very competitive rates. Many thanks to Gary, Linda and Martin from 2 very satisfied customers.

Everything from start to finish was so easy and stress free, I cannot recommend Rainbow blinds highly enough.
My wife called rainbow blinds having had fantastic service previously a number of years ago.
The blinds were measured up for the whole house, excellent price agreed and the order placed.
As soon as the blinds were ready to be fitted, Gary called and asked if he could fit, unfortunately a member of the family became seriously ill during this time, but Gary reassured us not to worry and that he would work around our availability.
This really was appreciated at such a stressful time.
A number of weeks went by until we were eventually in a good place to get the blinds fitted, so agreed a suitable date.
In all this time Gary refused to accept payment until the blinds were fitted and we were happy.
Yesterday our new blinds were fitted by Martin, everything went so smoothly and professionally (Martin even took his shoes off before working his way around our house). Each blind was fitted, the area cleaned and blinds tested before moving on to the next.
All in all I am so grateful in the way Gary and everyone at Rainbow Blinds dealt so professionally with a fairly unusual situation, I thank them for their patience, thought for others and incredible customer service.
Should anyone require blinds, I cannot recommend Rainbow Blinds highly enough.

The company visited to measure for blinds yesterday in a property which I am leasing to the local council. I queried if it was possible to attach blinds without drilling into brand new window frames and I was met with 'why'. When I explained (which I shouldn't have had to) that they were brand new and had cost £25, 000 and that if possible could we attach them to the heads above the windows, which is generally where they are fitted. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that maybe I should ring my 'window man and ask him', in the most horrific attitude. I can honestly say in ten years of working in the construction industry, I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and belittled as a woman, heade me feel like I was doing something wrong asking a question. I have requested that the Council do not have this company return to the building. My advice, if you do decide to book with this company, make sure you have a male present for a fair customer service.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I have used Rainbow Blinds for 5 different properties in the last couple of years, and multiple times in each property. The price is great, the service is exceptional. Martin who measures is amazing, we have never encountered a single issue, never a wrong size, always so clean and tidy.
Many of my family members also used Rainbow, everyone delighted every time.

Rainbow Blinds constructed and fitted three vertical blinds for us. They are on sloping windows at high level and they very carefully checked that they were going to work before starting. Their communication and attention to detail at each stage is to be highly recommended.

Had Rainbow Blinds measure & fit my blinds.They were fitted this morning & I am absolutely over the moon with them.The service as excellent as I had heard from friends.There was no mess.I would definately recommed Rainbow Blinds to anyone.Thank you Gary & the team.
