Hepworth blinds

Quita a long wait from placing order to fitting,during fitting there was a fault with the blind mechanism on one of the four blinds .but they were able to repair this on site before leaving.All blinds now appear to be operating correctly and they look great,time will tell.

Purchased a 2.4m x 1.0m supply-only skylight lantern blind from rooflanternblinds.co.uk (part of Hepworth Blinds I assume). Good quality, way cheaper than other quotes I had. No problem with fitting if you read the instructions and dry-run through it. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered solar blinds from Hepworth Blinds Pontyclun, to keep out the cold this winter. Shop helped us choose the right blind, staff pleasant and helpful. Expertly installed by fitter Tim, who did an excellent job, polite and knowledgeable and a credit to Hepworth Blinds. Can definitely recommend this service. Very pleased with result and brilliant installation by Tim. Perfect! Thankyou.

Had three shutters fitted today by Tim and Stacey. I cant fault the service I've received from the initial consultation with Karen to todays visit for fitting. Tim and Stacey were both very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They completed the fitting with extreme care and respect to my property. Thanks to all.

New blinds fitted last week, by the very helpful and efficient Tim. Very pleased with the work.

We had a lantern roof blind Made in colour Luna Bone. We saved about 2k to 3k ordering it direct and my husband installing it. Compared to other companies. Once my husband understood the instructions, it didn’t take long to install taking time and step by step about 3 hours max. Delivery was quicker than expected, so a lovely surprise, we can now use them for the Spring. I dealt with someone so helpful via eBay on an Hepworth online enquiry team. I sent them loads of messages once we decided to order we were passed to Stephen who was equally as helpful, I as so glad I chose the blackout blind. As I struggle with glare and want to be able to watch the tv etc without a big glare.

they have been extremely helpful I ordered blinds but have to go back to London I've cancelled my order due to needing the money to get home to London to my dad . i spoke to head office I live in Dorchester and some stage I will order blinds but she has assured me they would refund my deposit of 100 pounds as j need it to get back in the future when I can afford blinds I would decently order them from your company at all times the lady I spoke to was very professional and extremely understanding I felt no only relieved but I had the right support at this difficult time thanking you Angela Miller
