Another completely dis-satisfied customer. My partner ordered and paid in full (£700)blinds over a month ago, being promised they would be fitted within a week. Excuse after excuse about wrong delivery and delayed orders to postpone the fitting (if they’ve even been ordered) offered to pay back £100 as a gesture for the delay; again not seen through and no money paid back! Messages ignored. Complete cowboy company. Avoid!! Unless you want tiresome cliched excuses and un for filled promises.

Hi everyone this is going to be a long post but please do not use this company
I ordered blinds with this company and received my order 3 wks later which was incomplete I was not told that they didn’t have the full order my bay window that’s has 5 windows only had 4 blinds on it I had paid in full earlier on whilst he was doing my bay window not once did he say that my order was incomplete so I was totally exposed they promised me a replacement the following day but it never happened I had excuses and lies Upon lies 8 wks later I had my remaining blind. Do not use this company he lies constantly he didn’t even have the balls to face me and fit the remaining blind he sent his son to do it. I could go on for hours and tell you all the excuses and lies but I would never finish this just please do not use

The service is absolutely appalling, I contacted them back in April after two blinds fitted had broken, they repaired one and the other had to be re ordered. I have been making contact on a daily basis but they don’t have the decency to give you a reliable and trusting response. Please do not pay them any money and do not us this company. They are happy to take your money but not rectify the poor quality blinds they have supplied .

I’ve had the firm before and not a problem. Moved house and needed blinds. Taken over a month to make after being told 2 weeks then no communication to say about fitting. I called to find out why. All of a sudden they said a weeks time no one came and no one called. After taking time off work. To then be told the guy fitting had a reaction with covid jab. I smell a rat. To be then told over a weeks time to fit. No chance I want a refund. Ok well I can’t do a refund at the moment on my phone. Well I’ve done loads of transfers in the past on my phone.(excuse) to be told my son will do it yesterday eve. No refund. Messaged last night 12am still no refund??? No reply. Just messaged. Can you tell me why no refund. No reply. Ok l will be on the phone to trade in standards breach of terms and conditions and withholding clients money. Don’t use this firm bunch of cowboys.

Originally came really quickly to measure and fit the blinds. There was a miscommunication so they didn’t fit one blind and another was almost double the required length so looks quite ridiculous. They fitted it anyway and promised to return by the end of the week - I waited in on the day they were due and they didn’t show. That was October.

Since then I’ve rung, messaged and text multiple times and am being ignored. Great initial service but absolutely no aftercare or customer service, so it’s really not worth it in case you have an issue.

Absolutely appalling service. It has taken months following my windows being measured for them to fit the blinds although a deposit was requested prior to the blinds being ordered. A measuring error was made to my kitchen and stair window. Im still waiting for them to come and finish the job.
I've paid £600 for the blinds. I have constantly phoned, messaged and text this company with no reply.
I'm currently undergoing treatment for cancer so this is causing unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I have asked Andrew Hughes for a refund on the blinds he has not fitted and I am still waiting.
Do not use this company! If I had read the reviews, I would not have touched this firm with a bargepole. Be ⚠️

I paid a deposit back last year for blinds and received several calls cancelling the fitting as he had covid! When I was asked to pay balance before they would fit blinds I refused and had a very rude woman phone me to advise they will take me to court! Blinds never fitted and messages have gone unanswered.

I can only say I wish I had checked out the reviews online!! I don’t want to give 1 star apart from the young man who came to measure was very polite and helpful. I ordered and paid for blinds October I had excuses blinds were delayed then no return call from my messages. I was at the end of the road the voice message box was full so unable to leave voice message I was promised a call back and then told blinds were in for fitting. In January I left a negative review on the face book page warning others not to touch this company. I left a message then as I was able to leave a voice message to say what I had done and would continue until I had contact. Within 5 minutes I had a message asking if the fitting could take place on the Friday I agreed as a last resort after paying upfront a large deposit. Surprise surprise no show on the Friday and I have been blocked from the Facebook group unable to comment and also unable to leave a message. I feel gutted and sad that someone could treat customers like this!
I will now need to go and seek advice to get my money back. I have seen I am not alone on this experience and also the fitting were not of good standard for the ones they did fit. Message stay away from this company and warn your friends and family
