Sytner Newport BMW

Looking for a while for a BMW X3 and found the one we wanted with great spec at BMW Sytner Newport. I spoke to the sales agent named Gareth Jarman. He showed us the vehicle with no pressure at all. After a test drive. We decided to do the deal. After a chat with Gareth the deal was done. 27/08. I went through some bits that we was not happy with the car, minor correction needed to the exterior of the vehicle. A couple of wheels needed attention, a proper valet. Collected the vehicle on the 31/08 and my word it looked a different vehicle to the one we had viewed a few days prior. The car was presented to me it looked amazing. Wow I thought. It looked almost brand new. Gareth and his team has done an amazing job. Excellent service, very professional and one extremely happy customer. After looking through the Group website i came across a great looking BMW 1 Series (M) Shadow Edition and contacted Kit Wong at Newport, he immediately took all my relevant details and got me a price on my part exchange.
I was more than happy with the price offered and so went ahead with the deal there and then.
upon arriving at the Dealership on the agreed collection date i was met out side as i pulled on to the car park and greeted in a polite professional manner by Kit who proceeded to show me the car in detail answering any questions i may of had.
Coffee and biscuits with a chat and then the handover, all done in a professional manner by Kit and at no time did i feel rushed during the visit.

I could have used a local dealer but the trip from Birmingham to Newport (188 mile round trip ) was well worth it due to the way i was treated and always kept informed by Kit, a great asset to the Dealership

I have just had a service of my BMW here. It was lovely to see the same staff. The lady who welcomes you is very efficient and friendly and makes you feel at ease. Special thanks to Lewis in the Service department who is such a lovely guy. He went out of his way to make me feel a valued customer. He was informative about the cost of the service before starting and even finished earlier than planned (as he was aware I lived far away). I feel that he gave a personal touch within a large organisation and I would highly recommend him and team to anyone needing BMW support.

I am new to the BMW world and was welcomed with open arms. I was sold on my first BMW 220i gran coupe. I love it. Lee Watkins made the process comfortable, easy and knew how I was feeling getting my first BMW. Lee also makes the best coffees. Another excellent purchase from Alan Middleton at Sytner Newport, I have purchased all of my BMWs through Alan and have always had excellent customer service, as have my parents. Even when Alan was on leave, the manager, Lewis Williams, continued with the search to find me my best deal on a new car. Both Alan and Lewis are very professional, friendly and make the selling of existing cars and purchase of new cars an easy process. I am a very fussy customer but this was never a problem for Alan or Lewis in their search for a car for me.
