As usual the level of service and communication offered by Matt Littlewood, Tony Carpenter, Cara Jones and team was as you would expect from a brand such as BMW MOTORRAD. Although there were some slight hiccups with the parts delivery, Matt ensured my bike was delivered back to my home when promised.
I took a loan bike for the 2 days. It was a 310GS. A fun little run around that got me to work and back through London without a problem.
I highly recommend BMW MOTORRAD service. Professional all the way.

I have had terrible treatment from bmw Tunbridge Wells motorad service..
On asking why my bike has been so long to be assessed and taking to the service manager, he put the phone down on me..
I am so angry that they took my bike with no intention of looking at it .. all I got was we are so busy until October. 3 months away.?
I have a battery that is not fit for purpose and all it takes is a replacement .. I was told originally by bmw recovery that they have priority and it would be completed in days.
Bmw recovery collected my bike 7 days ago and nothing has been done, when I asked why at the Tunbridge branch , the manager ( if that's what you can call him) stated that maybe we can fit you in next week.. thats 14 + days and indicated that the battery is chargeable and not under warrenty.
Not under warrenty..
Is this possible? A 3y warrenty should cover the battery that Is not fit for purpose . In 2 days it is flat.
But the worst is when I asked for my bike to be returned now, he put the phone down on me.
Reception tries to put my call through the service dept dont pickup, dont worry someone will call you back... and reception take my details. The call back has never happened. Last time this happened I took my bike to be serviced elsewhere. This time it looks like I will be doing the same. Its mighty inconvenient as they are my nearest dealer but I am yet again inclined to take my business elsewhere due to Park Lane Motorrad apathy
Louis at Park Lane has gone above and beyond to arrange paperwork and delivery of my new F850 GSA.
Incredible service from a dealership. Pretty sure you couldn't ever beat the service provided.

Update.. Bike delivered and my part ex taken away, brilliant delivery and can't wait to load the luggage up and get out riding.
