Burton Waters Boat Sales

I recently bought a Bayliner 642 from BW. James Bright was very professional, answered all my queries and sorted any issues that I had. If you are looking for a professional marine broker then I would recommend Burton Waters.

Just brought a new boat from Burton Waters marina. After looking at lots of boats and marinas it was nice to see a good boatyard, as soon as we drove in you could see the difference (family unit ).
We were met by James ( sales manager ) he explained how the company runs from sales to repairs all on one site.
We where shown around and checked over two boats ( on our own no pressure ) after picking one we booked a river trail, all went well.
James showed us everything we needed to do, he made it clear and easy for us. From start to finish the company was first class. If you're looking for a good boatyard or marina check out their website.

How refreshing to experience 7 star customer service, from the moment we called to enquire to congratulation email and beyond, James and his team guided us through the entire process which was a huge learning curve for us although it was our second boat. Communication was perfect, clear and we felt we were in highly professional hands. Nothing was too much trouble; I would highly recommend BW to anyone who would like outstanding service or anything boating related. Fabulous experience. We were showed around our boat. It was immaculately clean. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We had enough time to get to Torksey Lock, stop 30 mins for picnic and return. Lovely day out and good value for money

We have had our last 2 boats from Burton Waters Boat Sales. The support through the process was always considered and extremely helpful. Buying a boat is a huge commitment and cost, and I cant stress how important it is to have support when things go wrong. Our recent purchase from Burton Waters was a huge step up from our previous boat, both in terms of size and cost, so when we ran into some post sale problems we turned to the service team at Burton Waters. They listened to our concerns, and worked with us to reach a resolution. The work was carried out in a speedy fashion, at an agreed cost.
