Holyhead Marina Ltd

During storm Emma there was no communication from the Marina office. For a full 24 hours before they could have sent an advisory email out saying beware. By Thursday morning the waves were inundating the outer part of the marina. By Friday morning everything was sunk or dashed on the rocks. I've had no apology, no phone call, no email to let me know about retrieval of my boat and possessions. Nothing to assure me that there will be no looting as happened to the boats on the shore. In short they are useless and should not be allowed to run a business like this again. The Marina was not fit for purpose and had no Easterly or North Easterly protection. It's a disgrace. The unfolding environmental disaster is heartbreaking.

Very cosy B&B, nicely furnished room, clean and very quiet. Welcome tray with all you need to feel at home. Excellent breakfast which allows an early start in the morning. Staff is friendly and very helpul for late comers as well ad early birds. Top!

Awesome little location of this is what you like. I had my own reasons for the visit and loved it. Quite a few birds to watch, a good walk on the longest breakwater in Europe as well.

When the weather is nice here, it is paradise and even when the suns not out the views are just as spectacular. Boats, beaches, bars and clean air....what more do you need!

Best part of town, rest of town very disappointed

Unfortunately the marina itself is long gone, and only a single guest pontoon remains, and that is in need of repair and refurbishment.
However, staff - particularly Tammy - were very helpful. Hence the stars!
