Lovely people so friendly and welcoming didnt feel nervous for my piercing at all, I got both lobes done by them and had no issues and my belly didn't hurt at all and it was fast and quick. All of them healed perfect and loving it. Will recommend to get your piercing from them such lovely people and will answer your question and educate on areas you not sure about and answer your questions.

Went into the purple shop to get my nose pierced for the first time, spur of the moment and they are fitted me straight away.
The guy who did the procedure was excellent and very professional. Being slightly nervous, he made me feel comfortable talked through what was going to happen. Even after I nearly passed out he was understanding and directed me accordingly to ensure I was safe.
Would highly recommend these guys.

Visited here recently with my Daughter who wanted her belly button pierced.
We were met by the lady piercer who instantly made myself and my Daughter feel so unwelcome. She gave advice which she needed too but the way she gave it was so rude, unwelcoming and disrespectful . My Daughter left feeling like she was too skinny. We were told the skin on her tummy was too tight and to come back when she is 14. My daughter is almost 13 and will always have a tight torso because she is an athlete. We understood advice needed to be given In order to not scar in the future however My Daughter broke down in tears when we left the Purple shop feeling like she was too skinny. Whilst I understand that there is advice a piercer has to give that is necessary but to deliver that advice in a cold and rude way was just appalling. The fact my Daughter had limited skin to piece was fair enough we were just appalled at how that advice was delivered. As a potential customer we deserved diplomacy and respect. We were utterly horrified and won’t hesitate to share our experience.
